COVID-19 Information

Level 1:

Willow Wood Pet Resort is operating at Level 1 of our Preparedness Plan. That means we are restricting people entrance into our facility. Call us when you arrive and a staff member will come out to help you.

There is no evidence your Pet is at risk for this disease, but it is possible for the virus to be carried on personal items. We therefore will only allow the Pet to enter with a leash, medications and needed foods.

If there is a complicated situation you may be allowed to enter the building with permission.

• You must enter through the left front door.
• You are asked to wash thoroughly at the sink in the rest room to the right then proceed to a designated station in the lobby.
• After completing you may exit through the lobby doors.

We are still accepting reservations for all operations. We will send weekly updates or more frequently if needed.
